The company demonstrated a demo-version of the game, working on a new engine called Epic Citadel (iTunes) at the presentation of Apple, which was presented to the new iPod touch. Then they released a free demo version of the application in the App Store. Since then, the demo has been downloaded about a million times - so the schedule was struck by fans of the apple devices.
Epic Games is launching its suite iOS-developers believe in the potential of mobile gaming devices and mobile store. The company is also interested in the platform Android, but is not reported when their engine will support this OS.
